Welcome to our brand new Spring Tide's Website.
This website is user friendly and to keep you up to date on happening here at Spring Tide.
You will be able to view Spring Tide's documents, pictures, links, newsletters and current notifications. Owners will be able to submit their comments, email the office right from the website, rent the clubhouse and even give notice of your Guest(s) arrival. The forms are available under Documents.
 
September 1 2017: 4th Quarterly Assessment (October, November and December) will be sent out. Owners should be receiving their new Access Code to the building, please be sure to read your invoice carefully of the change. The new access code goes into effect October 1st.

 Special Edition of Hurricane Irma Recap & October's Newsletter has been uploaded.
 
Post Hurricane Irma:
I know many of you have been wondering what is happening down here at Spring Tide Apartments, after the hurricane. The building lost power and internet/Comcast last Friday, September 8th . That is the main reason there has been no communication on our website. Maintenance Staff worked feverishly trying to cleanup the grounds while Rob & Nikki Bates of unit #804, started to inspection units for damage inside the units. During the hurricane, Unit #204 reported major water coming in from their ceiling. The Bates, were able to locate the leak coming from a clogged balcony drain on the 5th floor. Therefore the leak went down into 3 other units. Inspection resumed, with the help of Nikki Bates, Jacque Swan, George Schellenger and the manager; Susan. Documentation was done to each and every unit. 10 Units were notified of water damage. Servpro Restoration was contacted and inspected the units by Thursday afternoon.  Perishable items were removed from all units during inspection by Nikki, Jacque, George, Rob and Susan .
Note: our generator can only run one (1) elevator at a time and lobby according to fire code.
 
Updates: FPL restored our power after 10 long days, Monday, September 18th.
              Our pool is back in operation. Thanks to Dwayne - Murray Pool Service. Dwayne was able to treat our pool without having to drain it and refill our pool.
              Thanks to Rich Cassarino with his expertise in marine technology of unit #1004, who changed the battery and oil to our generator, savings us money.
              Pavers around the pool and breeze way area are going to be repaired, starting Friday, October 29th. We are hoping they can finish this project in 2-3 working days.
                Motion Elevator: came to inspect our elevator after the hurricane and found the elevators are in good working order.
                 Laundry Room: prior to the hurricane, we were down 2 washing machines, as of today 3, the 4th one -broken down. I am in the process of getting a quote to replace it.
 
Servpro: a special thanks to Servpro who responded within 2 days time, sent a team from Minnesota to start mitigating, setup their equipment, remove damage rugs and mold, drywall, sanitized, remove cabinets to units who had water damage. All work has been performed and completed.

Friendly Reminder: Persons wearing bathing attire, including footwear, whether dry or wet must use the south elevator and is not permitted to enter into the main lobby.
 
We are proud to announce that we hired a part-time worker: Stephen Dassin. Yes, Edmond's son.
Stephen began working for us the after the Hurricane.

ELEVATOR INSPECTIONS
Monday, October 23rd to Thursday, October 26th, 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM at both elevators
The elevator inspection Thursday,October 5th, was cancelled.
The new date for the Annual Elevator Inspection will be Wednesday, October 25th, between the hours of 8:30 am to 2:30 pm, you will experience intermitted elevator service while the inspection is taking place.
